Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. The fan must be unused and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at stone03business@gmail.com with photos of the damage/defect.

Non-returnable items:
- Used or worn fans
- Fans without original packaging
- Items returned more than 14 days after purchase

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
